Welcome to my clean living faves!! I’ve been on a health journey since 2013, educating myself about ingredients and the toxins in our home. The desire to learn more and take a look at the environment around me sent me on a journey to clean up the toxins in our home. Slowly but surely I was replacing one thing for a better option. I’ve committed myself to finding the best products at an affordable price too. Living clean doesn’t have to break the bank, it doesn’t have to be complicated either. My encouragement to you is start small, don’t get overwhelmed. When you run out of something replace it with a cleaner choice. I really have researched and vetted a lot of the products I use in my home- that being said one of the resources I use to research ingredients is the Switch Natural app. It enables you to scan an items ingredients and tells you if it’s clean or if there are questionable ingredients in the product. If an item isn’t clean it will tell you the list of ingredients that are questionable, you are able to click on each ingredient and it gives you a description and resources to read.
