I’ve followed Kristen for a long time and her message and ministry ‘She Is More’ has resonated with me so much that I can’t wait to share it with you guys. Her message of self worth, and the worth we find in Christ is a truth that we need to encourage.

Kristen Dalton Wolfe is a former Miss USA, Top 10 at Miss Universe, and best selling author of The Sparkle Effect. She is based in Los Angeles where she works as a TV host and model appearing in national commercials and global campaigns for brands like M&M’s, Sketcher’s, Old Navy, Dodge, Enterprise, and currently Stein Mart.  She is the founder of SheisMore.com, an inspirational women’s blog that reaches 400,000 readers monthly. Kristen is a motivational speaker and runs a large women’s ministry in Hollywood with monthly gatherings, retreats and conferences. She coaches women to release a sparkle beyond beauty in pageants and life with her unique approach that has produced multiple national and international winners through Train To Reign Coaching.

For the first time in years, I didn’t wake up January 1st excited to organize and purge my entire home. You know that first of the year anticipation that everyone seems to have to de clutter? Nope, that wasn’t me this year.

Well, over the last two years my family has been on a journey of living well with less. God has done some real work on my heart in regards to “stuff.” Today on the podcast I’m sharing all about our journey to downsizing and living with less.
