Coffee Date 2-6-15

Happy Friday Friends! I hope that you had a good week! I'm happy you're joining me for coffee this week. It's been so nice here in Phoenix, I feel a little bit bad for the rest of the Country. But, these are the days I live for here in Arizona. 

Another week has gone by fast, I'm starting day 5 of my #whole30 journey. So far it's going really great. I hope to have another update for you after I complete a week this coming Sunday.

COFFEE DATE// What's up this Weekend + How I like my Coffee.

Hi friends, Happy Friday! 

I'm excited to finally have a video for you today. I'm gonna get back into the swing of things with regular videos. Let's get to it;

Also I would tell you that today when I tried to accomplish my 20 minute work out, I was jumped on by a toddler. My kids were screaming, so there's that.

And when I ran to the bathroom Zane decided to sneak into the pantry and dump out two full bottles of spices onto the floor. Just in a matter of minutes. I got out of the bathroom to find the pantry floor covered in steak seasoning and Italian seasoning. I can't make this stuff up people.

COFFEE DATE:: Slow Mornings, Frozen Watching & Cuddles.

We take our Fridays pretty serious around here. Slow mornings filled with coffee and cuddles while watching Frozen. My son recently has discovered this movie, and I think he has a little crush on Elsa. Most mornings we mosy on downstairs and he eventually will say;

"I wanna watch Elsa." And we oblige. Today was one of those days. 

If we were having coffee today I'd tell you that it's been a week! My daughter started back up with school after having 3 weeks off. So we're slowly getting back to a routine around here after being very lax over the holidays. 

I'd tell you that I'm trying to be more intentional about getting my kids outside and playing, and doing other activities instead of staying inside and watching movies. 

My hubby and I snuck in a date night last night and caught a pre screening to Old Fashioned. 

I'd tell you that as we head into the weekend, I'm praying for peace about a few things in my life. We've got some decisions to make about Ava's schooling for the next year, and some other things in our lives I'm not yet ready to dive into. But, I know that peace comes from God and he will give us the wisdom and peace we desire.
